My Story

Hi, I’m Elizabeth—though ever since my time working at a spa, everyone just calls me Liz!

I’m a licensed and certified Massage Therapist with over nine years of experience, passionate about providing top-quality, holistic care tailored to each client.

My journey began at the Baltimore School of Massage, where I studied an enriching blend of science, energy work, history, and business. Since graduating in 2015, I’ve gained hands-on experience in clinical settings, chiropractic offices, and luxury spas—including one inside DCA Airport. 

In 2019, I took a leap of faith and launched my own mobile massage business, delivering customized care across the DMV area. By 2021, I proudly opened my first studio in Rockville, MD—a cozy, healing space where wellness meets luxury.

I’ve always had a deep love for science, and my curiosity keeps me in a constant state of learning. I regularly take CEU courses to expand my skills, and I’m currently pursuing a certification in medical billing and coding to further bridge the gap between therapeutic care and healthcare administration.

Today, I specialize in deep tissue massage, cupping therapy, and advanced stretching techniques—modalities that allow me to address chronic pain, tension, and mobility issues with precision and care.
